What a wonderful surprise to find the best Pizza truck tucked in the corner of a 76 gas station. Let's say I was in Pizza heaven today. The crust was just perfect , Not too chewy but soft and crispy at the same time. It definitely reminded me of the Bonci Pizza I had in Rome. I could tell all the ingredients were quality and one Pizza was enough for 2 hungry adults Don't miss this place and make sure to reserve ahead
Pizza Rosalie is fantastic! The dough has the perfect bite with a crispy edge. The ordering experience was perfect. I called in, ordered the pepperoni and pesto, and was provided a 30-minute turnaround time. When I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile and a genuine appreciation for my business. My pizzas had a few minutes left to cook, and I was provided a pager, which allowed me to chill in my car until it was ready. Both pizzas were delicious! It is a perfect balance of sauce and toppings. The pepperoni had an excellent cupped cook, and the pesto tasted fresh and herbal. This pizza gets top marks in all categories. I have a new favorite pizza place in Portland. I will be back soon!
I'm just going to echo what everyone else said because it's true. This is an absolute hidden gem! I love this pizza so simple but so so well made to perfection. Chefs kiss! And the owner Ryan is a stand up guy! Very friendly.

We finally tried this gem about a week ago. We ordered the Pesto pizza. Delicious! Best to place your order ahead of time. We look forward to our next pizza from Pizza Rosalie.
Hands down the best, well priced pies in the city. The owner Ryan is one of the nicest dudes and knows how to make a perfect pizza. Run, don't walk and get you some!

Hidden gem! This spot definitely makes my top 5 for pizza in Portland and it might be as high as #2. We ordered the pepperoni and the pesto. High quality ingredients, perfectly cooked crust. The owner was very friendly as well.
